Foreword
Welcome to the Referral Plus!.
Referral Plus is a new concept of membership mechanism, which managed and operated by Yuan Po (Hong Kong) Limited. We have an innovative mechanism at Referral Plus that it is different from the traditional model. Each official member of the Referral Plus can participate in the sharing programs we have prepared for you.
The purpose of this Articles of Membership is to provide the latest information on the sharing program and services of Referral Plus. In addition, through this Articles of Membership, we hope that members will be able to understand and familiarize themselves with the rights and obligations of members. The terms and conditions bind on all members of the Referral Plus once registered. Members of the Referral Plus agree and totally accept the terms and conditions set forth and any amendments to be made from time to time.

The Referral Plus provides member services and comprehensive sharing programs for those who have been approved as official members. To participate in the Referral Plus, an applicant must complete the registration through one of the following two methods. (1) With the dedicated link sent by the members of Referral Plus, you can apply through the Referral Plus app on your mobile devices or website of Referral Plus. (2) If you do not have a friend who is already a member of Referral Plus, please provide your full name and contact information to our representatives through cs@referral-plus.com . (1) Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to enroll in the Referral Plus and become members of Referral plus. The Referral Plus has the rights to cancel the membership or terminate the account of those who have applied but under the age of 18. (2) Has a stable and legal occupation and assured income. (3) All applications for membership shall be subject to the approval of the Referral Plus, which it may or may not approve at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason therefor. At Referral Plus, each individual may hold only one member's account. Each individual may only be referred to Referral Plus once. In case of duplication of referral with successful registrations, the referrer displayed on the website and app of the Referral Plus should be taken as final and determined based on records of the Referral Plus. If there is any discrepancy, the record of Referral Plus shall be final and conclusive. Membership will be valid for such period as the Referral Plus may specify from time to time. 1.2.1 Terms of Use and Disclaimer By registering as a member of the Referral Plus, it indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Articles of Membership and all content in Terms of use and Disclaimer of the website and app of the Referral Plus. The website and app of the Referral Plus reserve the rights to modify or change the content of this Articles of Membership, the Terms of use and Disclaimer at any time. It is recommended to pay attention to modification and changes at all times. 1.2.2 Information Transferring Consent By registering as a member of the Referral Plus, you have agreed to transfer the registration information to the Referral Plus and its designated partners, and agreed that the Referral Plus may charge its partners for referral fee and may then pay the referral fee to the member themselves. The designated partners may accept the referral and contact the member directly through the notified content. |
1.3 Membership Types and Levels
1.3.1 Membership Categories
The Referral plus has a comprehensive assessment of the selection and approval of the membership. In addition to the basic requirements of the sharing programs, the applicant's social responsibility, manners, and social influences would also be considered. The followings are the two categories of membership:
Pre-Member
Upon registration by entering your personal information on the website or app of the Referral Plus, the applicant will activate the "Pre-member" membership with a set of exclusive membership reference number. "Pre-members" may browse the exclusive service content on the website. When the requirements of "Pre-member" has been fulfilled, you may start to refer your friends to enroll. Rules and conditions for earning the rewards points from the sharing programs are also applied and shown below.
Full Member
All "Pre-members" who has completed the registration process, and successfully purchased designated product from Referral Plus's partners / directly referred by Referral Plus's partners, may become "Full member" after review and approval.
After successfully purchasing the designated products, reviewed and approved by Referral Plus's partners, and passing the cooling-off period (6 to 8 weeks after the effective date), Referral Plus's partners will notify the Referral Plus. The Referral Plus will then activate the "Full member" membership for the member who will then be eligible to earn rewards points.
Gold Member
Upon registration and purchasing designated products, you would entitle to become "Gold Member".
Platinum Member
Upon registration and purchasing designated products in Platinum level, and meet the requirement of US$10,000 or above for the first year premium, you would entitle to become "Platinum Member".
Membership will be valid for such period as the Referral Plus may specify from time to time.
1.5 Notices on Changes of Membership
The membership of Referral Plus is not transferable.
When a Referral Plus member passes away, the remaining unclaimed rewards points will be treated as the inheritance of the member and will be handled according to his/her will. The request for the transfer of the Rewards Points should be sent to the Referral Plus by the executor or administrator of the decedent's estate, along with the court documents showing authority, or by a sole beneficiary, along with copies of the decedent's will and death certificate . The request must be received within five (5) years of the date of death. Transfer fees will be waived. If no transfer request received, the points will be reset to zero (0) after the expiry date. All redemption will be processed in accordance with "5. Rewards Points and Redemption Request" of this Articles of Membership.
Members may terminate the membership at any time by giving written notices, at which time, no more rewards points would be accumulated from the date that the termination application is submitted. Members may redeem the remaining rewards points within 3 months from the date that the termination application is submitted. All redemption will be processed in accordance with "5. Points and Redemption Request" of this Articles of Membership.
If the termination is applied within 12 months of purchasing the designated product, Referral Plus reserves the rights to forfeit or cancel the Rewards Points disbursed for the corresponding product from the account of the referrer.
Referral is an important action at Referral Plus. It means that you are sharing your wonderful experience with your relatives and friends in need. It also means that you will have the opportunity to earn rewards through referral.
When you become a member of the Referral Plus, you can log in to the exclusive member's website or app and send the link to your relatives and friends in need by utilizing the "Invite a friend" feature. You would then become the referrer after they have successfully enrolled and a membership reference number generated to them.
• A successful referral is determined by the referee entering the website or app of the Referral Plus through the link sent by the referrer and have filled in the personal information in the website or app of the Referral Plus, successfully purchased a designated product, and became "Full member" after review and approval.
• Self-referral does not count as a successful referral.
2.3 Referrer's Rights and Obligations
• The referrer will receive rewards points after the first successful referral, in which the referee has purchased a designated product after review and approval, and passed the cooling-off period. Referrer may check the available rewards points and details by logging in to the app or website of Referral Plus.
• Referral Plus welcomes you to refer a new friend to join the membership. However, it is recommended to notify your referee in advance. The Referral Plus reserves the rights to verify the information provided by the referrer for review and approval and may notify the referee that the referrer has provided the referee's personal information for identity verification.
• Referrer may check their own organizational chart beneath through the app or website of Referral Plus. The Organizational chart will include information such as membership reference numbers and names, etc. The organizational chart is produced by the Referral Plus, and the ownership belongs to Referral Plus. It cannot be reproduced, photocopied or distributed without the consent of Referral Plus.
• Referral of a new friend is welcome for all members. It is recommended to notify the referee in advance. However, it is recommended to notify your referee in advance. The Referral Plus reserves the rights to verify the information provided by the referrer for review and approval and may notify the referee that the referrer has provided the referee's personal information for identity verification.
• The Referral Plus reserves the rights to verify the referee's contact information provided by the referrer. The Referral Plus reserves the rights to forfeit or cancel the Rewards Points accumulated if the contact information of the referee is invalid or obtained through the illegal channels or without the consent of the referee upon review.
3.1 Designated Products
Products provided by Referral Plus's partners are collectively referred as "designated products".
3.2 Rewards Points
A value calculated in accordance with the reward ratio and policies of sharing programs based on the designated products purchased by your referee.
3.3 Sharing Programs
Rewards Points provided by Referral Plus through sharing and referral conducted by the member and their circles of friends. Please refer to "4. Sharing Programs" for more details.
3.4 Rewards Points Redemption
An action to convert the rewards points generated to actual returns.
3.5 Circles of Friends
A relationship permutation formed in the process of referral.
3.6 Generations
Levels formed in accordance with the permutation of the circles of friends that is beneath the referrer. The first level beneath the referrer is the first generation, the second level beneath the referrer is the second generation, etc.
3.7 Mobile App
In this Articles of Membership, mobile app refers to the exclusive mobile or tablet app of the Referral Plus.
Once you have become a "Full Member", you may begin to participate in the exclusive sharing programs.
There are three types of sharing programs provided by Referral Plus. The details and requirements of the programs are as below:
4.1.1 Membership Levels: "Full members", "Pre-member" (must fulfill designated conditions within a certain period, as explained below).
4.1.2 Ways to achieve and details
Full Member
• The referrer may receive Referral Bonus Rewards by referring new friends who have purchased designated products through the partner of the Referral Plus.
• When the referee became the Full member and purchased the designated products after review and approval and passing the cooling-off period by within 90 days, the Referral Bonus for the referrer (Full member) would be calculated according to different products and amounts.
• The maximum Referral Bonus a referrer may receive for each product purchased successfully is 25,000 points
• If the referee terminates the account within 12 months of purchasing the designated product, Referral Plus reserves the rights to forfeit or cancel the Rewards Points disbursed for the corresponding product from the account of the referrer.
Pre-Member
• "Pre-member" who has completed registration, can start to refer. However, both referrer and referee must become "Full members" to be eligible to accumulate the Referral Bonus.
• In the case that referee has become the "Full member", you must complete your membership as Full Member within 30 days to make the "Referral Bonus" effective. If the membership of Full Member cannot be completed within 30 days, the Referral Bonus will be forfeited or cancelled.
• The remaining details of Referral Bonus are the same as that of the Full Member above.
4.2.1 Membership Level: "Full members" (all levels).
4.2.2 Ways to achieve and details:
• Qualified members may purchase other recommended products through the partners of Referral Plus and may designate other "Full member" to receive this bonus. Extra Bonus can only be disbursed once to the designated member.
• If a member has yet to specify a receiver for the bonus after purchase, this Extra Bonus can be reserved for a year (starting from the day the review and approval are completed and has passed the cooling-off period). Members will have to contact Referral Plus CS when a member has been selected within a year for the application of Extra Bonus disbursement.
• The ratio and terms of Extra Bonus will vary depending on the promotion launched by Referral Plus and its partner from time to time.
• Extra Bonus may not be assigned to the purchaser.
4.3.1 Membership Level: "Platinum members"
4.3.2 Ways to achieve and details:
At Referral Plus, you have successfully joined the circles of friends of your referrer from the moment you became Pre-Member. This means you would start to build your own circles of friends at the moment you referred your friend.
• The second to sixth-generation beneath you, who are "Platinum Members", will bring you 1 - 5% passive income from corresponding generations. We call this kind of bonus - "Team Bonus".

• Platinum members who have received the Team Bonus, can redeem the bonus after the membership renewal in the following year.
Case study:
Bao (Platinum Member) referred four friends to join the membership of Referral Plus and his friends have subsequently invited more friends. The above chart is the circles of friends and examples.
For example, each enrolled Full Member has purchased the USD10,000 qualifying product. The total amount of Team Bonus that Bao may receive is calculated as below:

** The sharing programs will vary from time to time according to the latest promotion launched on the exclusive website or app. You may log in for inquire. ** The reward points calculating principle is based on the amount purchased times the published rewards ratio. All currencies represented here are in USD.
5. REWARDS POINTS AND REDEMPTION REQUEST The rewards points system of Referral Plus will be settled on a "monthly" basis. The period begins from 1st of each month at 00:00 until the last day of the month at 23:59. All settled rewards points can be redeemed in the third month after settlement. Corresponding rewards points will be generated after a successful referral. You may log in to the app or website of Referral Plus to make an inquiry. 5.1.3 Error found Please contact Referral Plus CS immediately if you find any errors or abnormal rewards points. You may redeem the generated rewards points and convert to actual return when you meet the conditions of the sharing programs of Referral Plus. Each sharing program has different redemption methods. Please refer to the details below. 5.2.1 Rewards Points Conversion Policy The conversion of the rewards points for Referral Plus is 1 reward point = 1 USD 5.2.2 Redemption Request Policy • Referral Bonus Rewards Points that have been settled can be redeemed after three months. • Extra Bonus The assigned rewards points can be redeemed three months after they have been settled on the last day of each month. • Team Bonus The rewards points may not be redeemed for the first year starting from the date the membership of Platinum Member has been completed. The rewards points may be redeemed in full after the membership has been renewed in the second year. The newly accumulated rewards points starting from the second year can be redeemed three months after they have been settled in each month. |
5.3.1 The bonus or rewards points of Referral Plus need to be redeemed by the members proactively by logging in to the website or app of Referral Plus. If any assistance needed, please contact Referral Plus representative at cs@referral-plus.com.
5.3.2 Rewards Points / Bonus redemption is limited to bank transfer and may only be transferred to member's own bank account.
5.3.3 The currency is all in USD.
5.3.4 The Referral Plus will disburse rewards points/bonus once a week. The deadline for redemption request is every Tuesday at 23:59 (Hong Kong GMT+8). For all requests that have been made before the time and have passed the review and approval, Referral Plus will transfer the rewards points/bonus within three working days. The actual receiving time will be based on the actual operation date of each region and each bank.
5.3.5 Redemption fee, arising from the process of transfer, will be deducted from the redeemed amount. Fees are calculated based on the charges incurred by the bank in the execution of the transaction. The bank charges for payments and deposits shall be paid by the member. The charges will vary in different financial units.
5.3.6 As mentioned in 5.3.5, the minimum redemption amount set by Referral Plus is 300. The redemption request is only available after the rewards points have reached 300 (including 300).
5.3.7 Members must provide a Non-Chinese local bank account, and the application must be filled out in English. The information needed to fill out includes:

5.3.8 Member must be cautious when submitting the information for redemption. Once the redemption application submission has been confirmed, it may not be amended or cancelled.
5.3.9 As mentioned in 5.3.8, if the transfer has been cancelled, or cannot be deposited due to information error, the member must contact the bank by himself/herself. Since the transfer procedures need to cooperate with the processing procedures of each bank, the waiting period for re-transfer will also be different because the processing procedures of each bank are different. The administration fee for re-transfer must be fully borne by the party at fault.
5.3.10 The time needed for transfer depends on the processing of the relevant beneficiary bank. Receipt of payment is also not guaranteed. Members should pay attention and allow sufficient time to process the payment.
6. REGULATIONS, OBLIGATIONS AND BENEFITS
6.1.1 To become a member, the member must agree to and abide by the terms of this Articles of Membership.
6.1.2 If the member accepts the relevant offer, it means that the terms and conditions of Referral Plus and its partner have also been accepted.
6.1.3 The Referral Plus reserves the rights to cancel your enrollment if Referral Plus finds that you are not suitable to become a member due to false application, misreporting, omission, or violation of the terms.
6.1.4 The Referral Plus has the absolute discretion to refuse and/or revoke any applicant's membership enrollment eligibility and terminate and/or cancel the respecting membership. Under this condition, the Referral Plus will also cancel all accumulated points and/or rewards of the member (if applicable).
6.1.5 Each member is eligible for one membership only. Duplicate application is not permitted. In case of duplication, all membership eligibility will be cancelled. All rewards points and/or bonus (if applicable) accumulated will also be forfeited or cancelled. To clarify, if a member sets up multiple accounts through different languages of the member's name or different ID numbers, all owning memberships will also be cancelled.
6.1.6 If a member obtained rewards points for himself/herself or others through fraudulent methods, then the member shall be responsible for all prices of the rewards points or other goods or services obtained from the Referral Plus and its partner, and shall be responsible for all fees and damages caused and suffered by the Referral Plus and its partner.
• Violate the confidentiality obligations under the law or contract.
• Use the service in the name of others.
• Transact with other's bank account number or invalid account number.
• Use the service to make false transactions without a real trading background.
• Other acts that Referral Plus would deem inappropriate for justifiable reasons.
6.2.1 The account number and password registered with Referral Plus are valid only for the person who registered. Please retain your account number, password, and any personal information properly. Member must fulfill their usage and management responsibilities. Members will be fully responsible for all the actions and speeches from the password and account.
6.2.2 The member's account number, password and membership rights are for personal use and enjoyment only, and may not be borrowed, transferred, or used in conjunction with others.
6.2.3 If you log in from a website, please log out from the website upon completion every time. If you are sharing a computer with others or using a public computer, be sure to close the browser window to prevent others from reading your letter or other personal information.
6.2.4 Actively participate in the activities organized by Referral Plus, care for the development of Referral Plus, and promote information exchange.
6.2.5 Ensure the information submitted is accurate, and legal, and commit to update it when there are changes.
6.2.6 Obligated to provide detailed information when Referral Plus is conducting surveys, and ensure that the information submitted is true, accurate, legal, sincere, and retains business secrets.
6.3.1 Official members may enjoy promotions offered by partners from time to time.
6.3.2 Participate in sharing programs of Referral Plus. Share the reward mechanism with others. Earn rewards points.
6.3.3 Participate in exclusive activities for institutional members around the world.
6.3.4 Enjoy the benefits and advantages of the Sharing Programs.
You expressly understand and agree that this website does not provide any express or implied warranties for the services or the services provided by third parties through the website, including but not limited to commercial sales, the suitability of specific purposes and the non-infringement of the rights of others. The following items are not guaranteed:
7.1 Referral Plus does not intervene in your trading behavior with the designated partner, nor does it bear the liability. If any facilities and services are provided by third-party providers, the use of such facilities and services shall be subject to the terms and conditions set by such service providers.
7.2 The website does not guarantee the information obtained through the links that connect from the website and mobile app of Referral Plus are correct.
7.3 The website and the mobile app are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, provided in a timely manner, safe or reliable, or free from errors. The website may be interrupted or malfunctioned, or it will cause your inconvenience, loss of data, errors, tampering or other financial losses. You should take precautionary measures when using the website. The website does take responsibility or compensate for any damages caused by the usage of the website (or non-usage).
7.4 You should consider whether or not to download software or materials from the usage of the website and mobile app linked through this website and assume your own responsibility. Referral Plus does not assume responsibilities for damages to your computer system or loss of data due to downloading the data previously mentioned.
7.5 The recommendations and information you obtain from the website and mobile app linked through the website, whether written or verbally, do not constitute a guarantee for the services provided on the website.
7.6 Referral Plus reserves the rights to change or terminate the promotion at any time and to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
7.7 In case of any dispute concerning the program, Referral Plus reserves the rights to make final and irreversible decisions.
The Association "Referral Plus" (Hereinafter as "the Association") is managed and operated by Yuan Po (Hong Kong) Limited. The Association respects the privacy of data and commits to implement and comply with data protection principles and all relevant provisions under the The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486 ) ("The Regulation"). To ensure the security of the personal information you provided to the association, the Association will adhere to the following privacy guidelines:
8.1.1 The Association only collects personal data that the Association believes to be relevant and necessary to its businesses.
8.1.2 The Association will not disclose your personal information to foreign parties unless your consent has been obtained or required by law.
8.1.3 The Association has an appropriate security system to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
8.1.4 The Association only allows authorized employees who have been properly trained to access your personal data.
This Association may use and analyze your information for the purposes of, but not limited to, the following:
8.2.1 Matters required law or agreed by you, to verify your identity, and contact you when necessary.
8.2.2 Process your query to provide you with progress/latest information about the service being queried.
8.2.3 Provide assistance when you make a query for the service, including handling any of your account inquiries and resolving service quality issues.
8.2.4 Send you a statement about the use of our services and wiring information.
8.2.5 Respond to your inquiry or complaint about the services of the Association and keep a record for reference.
8.2.6 Conduct marketing and promotion of the products or services of the Association or the partners through the contact information provided by the members.
8.2.7 Assist the Association in preventing fraud or crime.
8.3 Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information
The Association will use the practices and regulations common to the industry to its best to verify the information provided, including the name and number on the identity document. The Association believes only the employees with reasonable needs may obtain your personal information. The Association will treat all personal information as confidential, but may disclose your information to the following parties: Associated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Association, insurance companies or banks, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, regulatory authorities, courts or other institutions required by law, professional consultants (including lawyers and auditors).
8.4 Transfer and Retention of Personal Information
The Association will disclose the information it collects, including personal information, when required by law (for example, in response to a court order or as required by law enforcement agencies). The Association may transfer the information it collects, including personal information, to third parties (such as employees, associated companies (including subsidiaries and affiliates of the Group), joint venture partners, agents, independent contractors, business associates, and service providers, etc.). Inquiries about any personal information privacy policy and practices can be sent to cs@referral-plus.com or submitted to the company via online customer service during business hours in Hong Kong. The Association reserves the rights to upload a revised version of this statement from time to time on the website and mobile app of the Association without prior notice. We encourage you to check this statement from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the latest version. This statement was last updated in January 2020.
9.1 The ratio of referral bonus and additional purchase bonus reward will be published on the website and mobile app of the Association and will be subject to the products offered by the partner and purchasing amount.
9.2 The points of the Association are calculated on the basis of USD. If the purchase from the partner was made in a non-USD currency, the amount will be converted in accordance with the exchange rate conversion ratio announced by the Association.
9.3 The Association will calculate and publish the rates based on the market foreign rates on a quarterly basis. Members may inquire of this information through the features on the website and mobile app.
9.4 In continuance to the statement above, in the case of major incidents that have caused significant foreign exchange fluctuation, the Association reserves the rights to make adjustments on foreign exchange rates at any time.
